Ballast is managed to IMO convention standards before any exchange, and we hold to zero-discharge policies in the waters we work in.

Crews on the vessels we fix work to MLC 2006 terms. We check that a ship meets them before we fix it, not after.

Our offices in Dhaka, Gandhidham, and Dubai hire locally, and we use local stevedoring and transport contractors wherever the work allows.
